The Post Standard

After a successful run of nearly ten years (1994-2003), Empire Brewing Company closed suddenly and unexpectedly. Patrons of this Armory Square brewpub were glad to see the return of the Empire in June 2007. Brewmaster

Tim Butler has managed to keep eight or nine house brews on tap at all times since then.
