If you have any doubt about our need to be healthy here in Syracuse look no further than the number of gyms. We have gyms easily reachable from almost every location in the city. Coming up with excuses not to get in shape is already diffucult in Syracuse and it's only getting harder with recent additions such as Planet Fitness (a big favorite among Bishop Ludden's championship Varsity Football team).
